  • All the Queen's Horses is a fascinating account about the ability of a small-town official to steal $53 million. But, what is most fascinating is Kelly Richmond Pope's focus on all of the people who should have noticed but didn't, the mayor, the city council, and most importantly, the public auditors. Pope provides a call to action to all those with oversight to do a better job, to take responsibility, and to provide the protection that citizens are entitled to have. Anyone who plans to accept a financial oversight role should watch this film!
